What NFKSOFT does
We run SAP Business One projects, develop and support systems already in use, build custom web and mobile applications, and integrate the ERP with other systems. Our work starts with process analysis: we decide together which requirement belongs in the ERP, which needs an integration and which calls for a purpose-built application.
Our approach
Before turning a request into software, we look at the process, the users and the data. In some projects the real requirement differs from the one first described: the problem is not a missing screen but two systems that do not talk to each other, or an approval step nobody ever defined.
For every solution we propose, we account for its maintenance cost and how long users will take to learn it. We do not build custom code for a requirement the standard can cover, because every custom development is a software component that has to be accounted for in maintenance, testing and version upgrades.
On the SAP Business One side we provide consulting, implementation and configuration, integration, custom development, reporting and support, and we take over systems implemented by another firm. On the custom software side we build web applications, mobile applications, workflow automation and management dashboards.
