1. Scope of this policy

This policy has been prepared to explain the use of cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the website https://nfksoft.com operated by NFK Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.

2. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on the browser or device when a website is visited. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and device identifiers.

3. Cookies used and consent

The website uses two groups of cookies: (1) a strictly necessary preference record that remembers your cookie choice, and (2) Google Analytics 4 statistics cookies that run only if you give explicit consent. Without consent, the Google tag is not loaded, no requests are sent to Google domains and no analytics cookies are created.

Cookies used:

• nfk_consent; first party, strictly necessary; its purpose is to remember your cookie choice (accept/reject); its duration is 180 days. This record does not require consent.
• _ga: it is written to the first-party domain; its provider is the third party Google Analytics 4; its purpose is to distinguish visitors anonymously; its duration is approximately 2 years; it is created only with your consent.
• _ga_*; written to the first-party domain; its provider is Google Analytics 4; its purpose is to keep session and event state; its duration is approximately 2 years; it is created only with your consent.

Analytics measurement is used for statistics only, and advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always kept off. No advertising, retargeting or behavioral profiling is carried out; Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar tracking tools are not used. Language selection is URL-based; no preference or tracking data is stored in localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB; no external map, video or third-party iframe is embedded.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie notice shown on your first visit; the analytics option is not pre-ticked. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics cookies are deleted and no further measurement takes place. If you reject, the website and the contact forms continue to work in full.

The use of Google Analytics 4 gives rise to the possibility that measurement data is transferred to Google LLC and to Google's servers abroad. The assessment of this transfer under Article 9 of the KVKK is explained in the Clarification Text.

4. Server logs are not cookies

In order to ensure the security and operation of the website, the IP address, access time, requested address, response code and limited technical information transmitted by the browser may be recorded at server level.

These records are not cookies placed in the browser. Details regarding the processing of technical logs are explained in the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data.

5. Browser cache

The browser may store images, style files and other static files from the website in its own cache so that pages open faster. The browser cache is not used by NFK Soft for user tracking or profiling purposes.

6. External links

The website may contain ordinary links to maps, social media or other websites. When the user clicks one of these links and moves to another site, the cookie and privacy practices of that site apply.

In the initial release, NFK Soft does not embed the content of these services into its own pages via iframes or similar methods.

7. Future use of cookies

If the use of analytics, functional, advertising or other non-essential cookies is planned in the future:

• The name, provider, purpose, type and duration of the relevant cookie will be determined,
• Cookies will not be run without obtaining user consent,
• The user will be offered options to accept, refuse and manage their preferences in an equal and understandable way,
• Pre-ticked consent boxes will not be used,
• The user will be able to change their preference later,
• This policy and the KVKK Clarification Text will be updated before the technology is activated.
