REPORTING AND DASHBOARDS

Feed your decisions with current data, not spreadsheet hunting.

When data is scattered across the ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheets and e-mails, management asks the same question every month: 'Which number is the real one?' Our dashboards pull those figures into one place, and you can trace where each number came from.

What we deliver

Management dashboards

Revenue, profitability, collections, stock and production KPIs on one screen.

Department reports

Role-appropriate report sets for sales, finance, warehouse and production.

Data consolidation

Data from ERP, e-commerce and other sources gathered into a common model.

Exception reports

Threshold breaches, overdue documents and unusual movements surfaced first.

How a trustworthy report is built

A report is only as good as its data. So we start with indicator definitions: which documents make up 'revenue', how are returns handled, which exchange rate applies? We do not design screens before the definitions are in writing.

Then data sources are connected, transformation rules are built, and the numbers are validated against your existing trusted sources. A dashboard counts as delivered only when its numbers are trusted.

Commonly built indicators

  • Sales and profitability analysis (by customer, product, region)
  • Collections and due-date tracking
  • Stock levels, aging and turnover
  • Production actuals and scrap
  • Budget vs. actual comparison
  • Cash flow view
