Our approach
Our first question in custom development is always: can this need be met with standard SAP Business One? We never write code for something the standard can solve; every custom line means maintenance and upgrade cost.
When development is warranted, we use SAP's official development interfaces, respect data integrity rules and document every development so it can be tested through version upgrades. The goal is a structure that remains maintainable and transferable years later.

Do custom developments make version upgrades harder?
Done wrong, yes. That is why we use official interfaces, avoid direct database manipulation and document every development. Custom work is included in the test list of every upgrade.
Will you take over an add-on written by another firm?
We assess it based on access to source code and documentation. We start with a technical review and report maintainability and risks openly.
Do reports require an extra license?
Crystal Reports and query-based reports work with SAP Business One's standard tools. For additional solutions such as web-based dashboards, requirements are clarified together based on scope.
