BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION

Let your team do the work; let the system do the copy-paste.

Daily data transfers, reports assembled by hand, approvals chased over e-mail… Automation binds this work to rules, reduces errors and gives your team's time back to real work.

Automation examples

Approval flows

Requests routed to the right person, reminders and timeout rules.

Data transfers

Scheduled automatic flow of data currently moved between systems by hand.

Report distribution

Daily/weekly reports generated and delivered to stakeholders automatically.

Notifications and alerts

Automatic alerts when critical thresholds are crossed (stock, due dates, deadlines).

Document generation

Quotations, contracts and forms generated automatically from templates.

Checks and reconciliation

Two sources compared regularly, with differences reported.

Our approach

The first step in automation is understanding the process: which steps are genuinely necessary, and which are habit? Rather than automating an unnecessary step, we propose removing it.

Automation is bound to rules but never excludes human control: exceptions collect in a visible queue, critical steps can require approval, and every run is logged. We do not build automation that 'works silently and breaks silently'.

How we work

01

Process map

We chart the current flow step by step and identify automation candidates.

02

Rule design

We define conditions, exceptions and control points.

03

Implementation

We build the automation and integrate it with the systems involved.

04

Monitoring

We go live with logging and alerts, and watch the first period together.

LET'S TALK

Tell us what you need and we will work it out together.

In a short call, we'll listen to your process and decide the right path together: off-the-shelf or custom development.
