The Shipping Management App creates carrier shipments automatically from SAP Business One delivery documents, prints the labels and writes tracking data back. When a customer asks 'where is my parcel', the answer is inside your ERP.
What problem does it solve?
In most companies, shipping runs outside the ERP: addresses are copied into the carrier's screen by hand, tracking numbers live in spreadsheets, delivery status is checked one by one. That means lost time, typos and unhappy customers.
The application sends recipient, address and package data from the delivery document to the carrier's system automatically, and writes the returned tracking number and delivery status back to the document. For bulk shipments, labels are produced in one pass.
