The Warehouse Management App runs every warehouse movement, from goods receipt to dispatch, on handheld terminals and barcodes. Each movement posts to SAP Business One instantly, so stock always shows the real picture.
What problem does it solve?
In a paper-driven warehouse, the risk of error is high: the wrong item gets picked, counting takes days, system stock disagrees with the shelf, and sales chases products that are 'in stock but nowhere to be found'.
The application blocks errors at the source by verifying item, quantity and location with barcodes. Serial and batch tracking runs automatically where required; counting speeds up with shelf-based work sharing. The warehouse works inside the ERP; not next to it.
