Consulting follows the same discipline from either starting point. We do not need to have carried out the original implementation of your SAP Business One system.

Frequently asked questions
Is consulting only for new implementations?
No. For companies already running SAP Business One but not getting enough value from it, we also review the existing setup, improve processes and restructure where needed. We do not need to have carried out the original implementation.
What is the difference between consulting and support?
Support targets continuity of a live system: user questions, issue resolution, report requests, authorisation changes and version upgrades. Consulting covers work that changes the structure: process analysis, system design, bringing a new module or company live, data migration and restructuring. The two usually run alongside each other, with their scopes defined separately in the contract.
How long does taking over our existing system take?
It depends on the complexity of the system and how well it is documented. The work starts with an assessment that maps the current setup, custom developments, integrations and data quality. The output of that assessment defines both the takeover scope and the priority improvement areas.
Will our business stop during the project?
No. The project runs in parallel with your current operation. Go-live happens on a jointly planned date, in a controlled way; never during critical periods such as month-end closing or stocktaking.
Who receives the training?
Key users responsible for each process are trained first; end-user training then follows on a role basis. Training uses your own data and your own processes.
